This is, by far, the cleanest hostel I have ever seen - everything is tidy and spotless. They don't have a reception, you do need to check yourself in beforehand, so be mindful of your messages in the app. The location couldn't be better, right in the middle of the old city and really close to many of the must-sees in Braga, with plenty of options to eat (and drink!) nearby as well. Just a hint, even though their price might be similar to other hostels, they do provide free and clean towels - two of them, actually, a bath towel and a face towel as well -, which is great if you like to pack light. And even without being in the property, you can call them at any time and they will help you right away (a big shout out to Stella, so friendly and helpful when I arrive at the property without having seen her messages).

Complete with a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and free toiletries, all rooms at Casa da Fonte - Gerês have a flat-screen TV and air conditioning, and selected rooms also boast a balcony. New.Modern.Feel very comfortable.very delicious breakfast with local products. For our wedding anniversary we ve got a tasty sparkly wine. Obrigado for this nice gesture!

The food is amazing, the staff are awesome and so friendly and helpful, the room was so clean, everything smelled like new and fresh. I admire the hostel it was really really good! Definitely return here again!!!! Hopefully more than once.
