Το Thapae Gate Lodge βρίσκεται σε καλή τοποθεσία στον προορισμό Τσιάνγκ Μάι και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια, κήπο, δωρεάν WiFi και βεράντα. The location was perfect, within walking distance to all major attractions in the city. There were streets of shops, restaurants, cafes etc. very close by including the evening food markets. The room had everything you could need, fresh water delivered each day and shampoo, bodywash etc. Minerals can be bought at reception. I loved the chill out area outside reception on the ground floor to relax on comfy armchairs and enjoy the evening. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Hosts were kind and helpful with any recommendations needed. Great location for any day tours/collections. Airport was only 15 mins by taxi so it was a breeze getting in and out of the city. Special shoutout for the resident doggy Caramel for the warm welcome and pets!

Really nice atmosphere here, clean and beds are bigger than other hostels I have been at. Also great location. Walking distance from anything you need. Definitely coming back!

Common Areas: Cozy shared space with free tea, coffee, and a water refill station. Great for relaxing or chatting with other travelers. Wi-Fi: Fast and reliable — works well throughout the property. Atmosphere: Friendly, chill, and welcoming. Easy to meet people, but not a party hostel. Security: Secure entry, lockers available, and the neighborhood feels safe even after dark. Extras: Luggage storage, scooter rental nearby, and laundry service around the corner. Extended my stay because everything just worked — location, vibe, value, and comfort all in one.

Our stay at The Yard was the highlight of our trip to Thailand so far. It was the second hostel I’ve ever stayed at and it really exceeded all expectations. The location is ideal as you’re in the center of the city. There’s a big garden / chill out area with lots of tables and seats. There’s also a common room where you could hang out with AC. They have a bar, biscuits available all day and the most delicious breakfast (included in the price you pay), the mango purée and fruits were delicious!! Their coffee was also divine, and roasted in Chiang Mai. We had a private room with shared bathroom - the bed was SO comfortable, I had the best sleep ever. Even the bathrooms were super clean and they had their own branded shampoo and shower gel. The highlight of the trip was probably the staff, everyone was super friendly, helped when needed and answered all of our questions. TK (แตงกวา - dtaeng-gwaa) was the best person ever and so sweet!!! I hope I get to see you again. Thank you Yard 🫶🏼❤️ I hope to be back one day!

Το Comfort Zone Hostel @ Tha Pae είναι στο Τσιάνγκ Μάι και παρέχει κλιματιζόμενα δωμάτια με δωρεάν WiFi. This is my first time traveling to Thailand/ChiangMai. My trip was made extra special and enjoyable because I stayed at Comfort Zone Hostel. I booked for 3 nights before the trip, but ended up staying for 9. 1. The property was extremely organized and clean. Cleaner cleans the entire place everyday. It is twice as clean as my own apartment :') 2. The owners George and Kim are the nicest people! They are so kind, lovable, and helpful. They made Chiangmai feels like my home away from home. 3. There are fresh fruit, coffee, tea, snacks/thai dessert everyday prepared. 4. The location is excellent, right next to Warorot market, next to a Michelin stared food stall; super close to the gate and old city. Walking street and restaurants right next street... I also met some greats friends to travel with at the hostel!

Very comfortable and clean! The free coffee & snacks was such a nice thing to have every morning! The bed was SOOO COMFORTABLE!!!
