I stayed for a week in the economy female pod while visiting the city and the position allowed me to move everywhere by foot as it’s just south Central Park. The staff is super friendly and available (they even helped me to break my locker as I forgot my key inside), the beds are comfy and spacious and the bathrooms get cleaned frequently. There’s even a free massage chair that I used quite frequently after walking miles per day! Would definitely recommend.

I liked: FREE WATER, the staff, coffee, air-conditioning, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, free lockers, closeness to subway (5 minutes), breakfast places nearby - (they don't serve, but check LM cafe. Big breakfast for 8.5 $).

This uptown New York hostel is 1 block from Broadway Street and a 10-minute walk to Central Park. It features free Wi-Fi, a movie lounge, and a large patio. Wonderful location, attentive staff, cafe on premises, free Pilates and yoga classes! Quite simply one of the best experiences I've had while traveling.

I booked a mixed dorm but a few days before my stay the staff contacted me asking me if I wanted to be moved to a female one since they had space. I’ve never been greeted so friendly and nicely in a B&B. The room was perfectly clean and the bathroom too, the bed was comfy, and the sheets were perfectly clean. You can use the kitchen in case you need it or store your things in the fridge. The location is nice, close to the college area and easy to reach. I would absolutely recommend it, and the price is really good too!

For the accommodations and location, it’s great. Staff was friendly and helpful and made extending my stay a breeze. It’s super convenient to many transit routes and the surrounding neighborhood (Gramercy/Kips Bay) is safe to walk around.
