The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I stayed in a dorm, and I appreciated the privacy curtains, individual lights, and lockers for security. The beds were surprisingly comfortable too!

The bed was super comfy, and the air conditioning was wonderfully cold—perfect after a day of exploring. There's a shared rooftop pantry with an amazing city view, which was a lovely bonus. The location is unbeatable—within walking distance to local shops, restaurants, spas, Ben Thanh Metro Station, and more. Everything you need is just steps away. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the property, and they offer luggage storage at the reception area, which was very convenient. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast is served at 8 a.m., which is a nice way to start the day. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a welcoming atmosphere!

I stayed at The Common Room for 2 weeks and I could have easily stayed for longer. Everything was so carefully thought out, from the comfy beds (hotel-level sheets and pillows) to the regularly cleaned bathrooms and common spaces. I also joined in on the regular "family dinners" which was a great way to meet and connect with fellow travellers — shout out to Myrah for the amazing restaurant-quality vegan food! The female dorm was spacious enough for all our bags, with individual lockers and even a cute dressing table to get ready at in the morning. The beds were honestly so amazing — clean, comfy, and made by the staff every morning so it's fresh when you get back. My favorite part of the whole stay were the staff members, who were able to create a cozy and chilled environment throughout the entire space. It's social but without the messy party vibes, welcoming without being overly pushy, and felt like a home away from home, especially after coming back from the busy city. The Common Room is a significant step up from any regular hostel I've stayed in and it's a place I would recommend to other travellers who want the best of both a hotel and hostel environment. :)
