The hostel offers an American or Asian breakfast. Hospitable people and kind. Very generous The place is in a calm area a little bit far from the town center, but was not an issue because it is away from the crowded roads. In my spare time i enjoyed the small library they have.

Not only are they super nice and friendly in general, they speak english well, they make sure everything is always perfect for you and they help you organize everything you need. The trekking tour guided by them is really beautiful and affordable. I can wholeheartedly recommend this homestay. Thank you for the great stay!

Very good experience, Mia and the stuff are very sweet and helpful,they explained about sapa gave us a map and showed us where is anything. The rooms are very very clean and high quality, very comfortable bed, good utilities, overall we are very satisfied

There's always someone at the lobby greeting us whenever we leave or return for the day. Room comes with shampoo and bar soap, toothpaste and toothbrush. The owner, Tuong helped us with the booking of the bus to our next destination too! He also recommended us a contact for motorbike rental during our days in Sapa. We had a good view from our room, seeing the town colorfully lit at night from above.

The lady who owned the hostel was really lovely we communicated through google translate when we needed to. She had two cute kitties as well. The size of the room was a lot bigger than expected and we had a nice view. It was really good value for money.

What I like best about the property was the staff, they were really helpful and nice especially the GIRL STAFF that knew simple english but if she didn’t understood what we were saying she would translate it using her phone. SHE HAD EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. She even booked us a taxi or tuktok going to our next location. Just to give you a heads up, there is no Grab in Sapa unlike in Hanoi. The place was very convenient. It had an excellent LOCATION. Once you go out, there are a lot of restaurants outside, salon, spa, laundry etc… it’s a 10minute walk to the Sapa Center where all the excitement is happening but a long the way there are a lot of things to see. And it is also near the Sapa Market, but unfortunately we did not get a chance to go there. Hotel itself is CLEAN AND COZY 🩵🩵❄️ I was unsure in booking this place at first because it had a low rating in being “clean” but to my surprise it was SPOT ON CLEAN. They do have an electric kettle where we can heat water for our baby and there is a working heater in the bathroom and there is also a working room heater which is great for the cold weather. Do not underestimate the coldness in Sapa because it gets really cold.
