At the hostel, all rooms include a balcony with a mountain view. The rooms have a private bathroom fitted with a bidet and a hairdryer, while selected rooms also boast a kitchen equipped with a fridge. Everything and everyone. Phuong and her family are so kind, helpful and very friendly. With them you can get tours, bikes, scooter , everything. The place is great: quiet ,clean and very well located. A special thank to Phuong’s mom….the chef: best Pho I had in Vietnam so far. 🙌

Guests at the hostel will be able to enjoy activities in and around Phong Nha, like hiking and cycling. the receptionist and his family are extremely kind and helpful. they are the most hospitable seen so far in Vietnam. they gave me a lot of information regarding tours and various activities. they made themselves available to pick me up in the city center. the area is a bit far from the center but you can rent a bicycle for free, so you can get there in 5 minutes and it's not a problem. also you can rent a scooter for 120k. breakfast can be chosen on paper and is delicious. I absolutely recommend.

Very nice room and location. The family was welcoming and very good to us. Breakfast was also great!

The units at the accommodation feature air conditioning and a wardrobe. The Palm Lodge is a lovely new hostel right in the center of Phong Nha. It only opened a few weeks ago, and you can really feel how passionate the owner, Hung, is about his place! Hung and his staff genuinely care about your well-being and always make sure you feel at home. On top of that, they run a small restaurant where you can enjoy delicious local dishes – everything I tried was fresh and tasty! If you need help booking tours or rentals, they’re more than happy to assist and give helpful advice. All in all, I had a great stay at The Palm Lodge and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phong Nha!
