The stuff were soo nice and helpful. Room was clean, breakfast great as well! We would recommend to spend the time here

This is an excellent budget hotel and hostel. All the staff are really caring. The reception staff also speak good English. The female dorm was cleaned daily with new towels and water. The room had a shared fridge and kettle. The pool is also really clean, with an excellent view of the city. I also appreciated the free daily breakfast. This is a really safe place for solo women travellers. Thank you for everything, and I hope to stay again soon.

Super clean and well-organized place, around 8 min walk to the beach. Though not speaking English, the owner is welcoming and helpful.

Σε καλή τοποθεσία στην περιοχή Bai Chay του προορισμού Κόλπος Χα Λονγκ, το Alex Hostel απέχει 300μ από Τελεφερίκ Ha Long Queen, 6,7 χλμ από Vincom Plaza Ha Long και 8,5 χλμ από Μουσείο Quang Ninh. The staff were amazing!! We really couldn’t of asked for anything more, we arrived late (early hours in the morning), and the key was left on the desk for us to let ourselves into our room. We were given the choice of which room we’d like to stay in too. Breakfast was amazing, we were even treated to extra fruit! We were helped out with booking a boat tour, and the owner even got us some dinner before we caught our night bus, as we were going to be short on time to have a shower and get food after our tour. We cannot recommend this hostel enough in Halong!
