You can reach the place by taking a bus like citiliner or intercape to Mthatha, Coffee Shack will pick you up with their shuttle (160 rands for a 1.5 hour drive).

Escape to Island Vibe Backpackers, a haven for surfers, beach lovers and thrill seekers. We loved Island Vibe and Jeffery's Bay - Traveled with my 2 sons and my husband all surf. We loved the relaxed atmosphere, and the location, the people were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was a great place to hang out - very fun and welcoming. We ate several meals and all were extremely good. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Other than that , I was pleased .
