The owner is very sweet lady. She is very considerate and helpful. The place is clean and confortable, walking distance to everywhere. I really liked my time here and wished i stayed longer. I'd definately recommend.

THE BIG is a newly renovated Luxury Hostel in Green Point, Cape Town and is the first of its kind. Feels like staying with friends in a nice home. I arrived late evening as a solo traveller. I felt welcomed and totally safe here.

Such a cozy space - I truly felt ‘at home’ 🍃 The staff were super friendly, welcoming and helpful ☺️ I enjoyed meeting and befriending some of the other guests. I Would definitely recommend SOUL FAM HOSTEL to others and/or even book again for myself 🤍

Check in was easy and simple, I came quite late but it was still accomadated and I was able to get inside easily. The living area was nice and cozy, and the kitchen was clean and had all the essentials. The location is great as well

Welcome to never@home, where accommodation meets adventure! Our Green Point hostel is ideally located within a short walking distance from the famous V&A Waterfront which is jam packed with tourist... I like the room and the hostel's location. Restaurants and shops are nearby. All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and accommodating with requests and questions. The bar and the food within the hostel is amazing.
