For security reasons, luggage cannot be stored at the building reception. Additionally, there are no available lockers or storage facilities in the building.
Please plan accordingly, as we are unable to accommodate luggage drop-off or storage. Before You Arrive ✔ Please complete all required details and submit the necessary documents (passport or Emirates ID) via our system or the link provided after booking confirmation.
✔ Once confirmed, you'll receive a boarding pass link to enter details such as the booker’s information, guest passport copies, ID check, and agreement signature.
✔ We comply with GDPR regulations, ensuring secure handling of personal data.
✔ Submission of these documents is mandatory per building management and Dubai Tourism regulations. Failure to comply may result in denied access. ✔ A SECURITY DEPOSIT OF AED 1000 is required. Failure to pay may result in denied access to the apartment. This process ensures a smooth check-in at the front desk. ⚠ No parties, no smoking, and no pets allowed! Key Cards & Additional Services ✔ Key Cards: A AED 500 replacement fee applies for any lost access card. ✔ Additional Services: Need extra cleaning, fresh towels, linens, or additional amenities?
