Chelsea Gardens’ Hotel Apartment in Dubai is ideally located next to the Ibn Battuta Shopping Mall, one of the largest malls in the region. The new Festival Plaza is also within 5-minutes driving distance. The Sheikh Zayed Road is easily accessible, giving both business and leisure guests an ideal base from which to explore and work in and around Dubai. The business hub and port of Jebel Ali are just 10- minutes away, as well as the Business Parks at Media City, Internet City, Tecom and DIP.
The EXPO 2020 Metro Link Station 1 " The Gardens ",(opening 1st Jan 2021), is located within a 10-minutes walk and will provide a 11-minute connectivity to and from the Expo site. Expo 2020 will be the first world expo to be held in the Middle East, Africa and South Asia region, has been postponed and will run from the beginning of October 2021 to the end of March 2022.
