The residence is just steps away from the iconic Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall, and Dubai Fountain. Nestled in one of the most exclusive destinations in the Middle East, Downtown Dubai ensures immediate access to the best that Dubai has to offer. Important: To ensure the security of our properties and compliance with short-term rental regulations, we require all guests to complete an independent verification process. Before your booking begins, you will receive an email and/or text message from our partner, Truvi, with instructions on how to complete this verification. During the verification process, you will have the option to buy a non-refundable Damage Waiver (USD 55 per stay) as an alternative to a traditional refundable Security Deposit. This Damage Waiver provides coverage against accidental damages to the apartment during your stay. If you choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver, you will be required to pay a Security Deposit in cash or credit card (debit cards are not accepted) at check-in, before you can access the apartment.
