The apartment has brand new furniture, flat screen smart TV, board games, free wifi, tea and coffee are included. Pets are welcome upon advance notice and the building and area are pet friendly though you must respect community rules - dogs on a leash and pick up mess. Free parking is around the building and there is 24 hour security. Direct access to private gardens, pool and beach - which features a playground, BBQ area and volleyball. Very close by are bars, restaurants and beach clubs, the boulevard is a lovely place to walk and features activities for families. Local businesses will deliver groceries and meals via apps. There is a gym, pharmacy and salon on site and there are always taxis available via the road or app. We recommend downloading Careem, InstaShop and Talabat for your stay.

The Bab Al Bahar community is situated on the incredible Al Marjan Island, a fast developing, man-made series of islands connected by a clean boulevard and highway. There are an abundance of green spaces, sports facilities, hotels with restaurants, bars, beach clubs and entertainment, as well as a wide range of watersports. Al Marjan Island is easily connected to highways linking Ras Al Khaimah City (20mins) and Dubai Airport (60-70mins) 5-10 minutes away is Al Hamra Mall, a great shopping destination that offers an excellent supermarket, gym, cinema and many restaurant options. It sits on the edge of Al Hamra Village that features a Championship Golf Course, Sailing Club and many other entertainment and businesses.
