Hi there, nice to meet you future guests! My name is Elmira and I am an English teacher of 20 years and a licensed tourist guide of Saranda. Coming from a small town, meeting other people, especially tourists and visitors, has always been a personal pleasure! Having such a great role as a host gives me the opportunity to meet a lot of people from all over the world who choose Arte Apartments for their holiday stay, and I try my best to make their time in Saranda a pleasant experience! The hobby I dedicate more time to is gardening and I can speak English, a bit Italian, and Greek.

Located in the vibrant town of Sarandë, Arte Apartment offers a relaxing experience for all visitors - being renovated only recently and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Enjoy free WiFi, a cozy bedroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with complimentary toiletries. Relax with a flat-screen TV and streaming stick. Surrounded by local seafood restaurants, and cafes, 50 m away from the main supermarket of Saranda, the apartment is conveniently situated with free street parking nearby. It's the perfect holiday retreat!

Neighbourhood information

The location of our apartment is only 1.2 km from the city centre, in a quiet and safe neighborhood, away from the loud noise and music of lounges, clubs, and crowds along the promenade for a more relaxed experience. The main supermarket of Saranda is only 50 meters away and the closest beach is only 200 meters away. There are free parking spots everywhere in the neighborhood and by the apartment building so reservation is not needed nor required.
