This cozy and modern apartment is perfect for up to four guests, offering stunning views of both the sea and the mountains. It features one full-size bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed in the living area. The apartment includes a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink, and even a washing machine for added convenience. The open-plan living space connects to a kitchenette and opens onto a very large balcony where guests can relax and enjoy the panoramic scenery. Located just 200 meters from the beach and 100 meters from a supermarket with an ATM, the apartment also offers private parking and easy access to vibrant nightlife just 200 meters away. Guests can explore nearby historical attractions such as the Castle of Lëkurës, while the city center is only 3.5 kilometers away, making this an ideal spot for both relaxation and exploration.
