Welcome to our brand new, centrally (200m from the center) located apartment, where contemporary décor meets modern amenities including a self-check-in option and an experience all can enjoy. The space features an open-space concept, a bright living and kitchen room, a bedroom, a lovely balcony, and a moden toilet.
The building is located on Bardhok Biba Street, just above the vibrant new Boulevard, our location offers a plethora of conveniences, including nearby stores, bakeries, cafes, pharmacies, tailors, and shoemakers. Across from the building and about 2 minute walk, are the following: Golosa Restaurant Destil Creative Hub (coffee & working space) Ulliri Restaurant Pastaria Pasta place Botanica - food & sweets serving place. 10-15 minute walk will lead you to iconic landmarks such as Skanderbeg Square, the National Museum, Toptani Shopping Center, Kalaja e Tiranes, the New Bazaar, and more. Everything is conveniently within walking distance. Once you are close, you can find a parking slot close to the apartment (the parking is with payment). Moreover, the host will guide you with more information how to reach there.
