1 Living + 1 Bedroom + Balcony Flat is recently modernised and ready to welcome new guests. Spacious Living room with kitchen area. It has two sofas which can convert to beds. There is a TV, fridge, electric cooker. Air conditioned. 1 Bedroom with king size double bed, large cupboard and bedside tables. 1 Bathroom/toilette with shower, washing machine and cupboards. 1 Large balcony with dining table and 6 chairs.
I am a cheerful person who enjoys welcoming people from all over the world.
The neighbourhood is very well kept by municipality of Durres and the building administrators. There are many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants within short walks. However they are not too close and it is quiet during the evenings.
