The brand new apartments are located in the lovely area of Durres, 3.1 km away from the city center, in front of the sea. The breathtaking view offers a relaxing getaway. A private beach with sunbeds is located right in front of the apartment. The apartment has one common area with a sofa bed suitable for two persons, and one bedroom for two persons. The property is fully furnished and has a private kitchen and bathroom.
