The home is located right in the center of Old Dukat village, with the very best climate conditions that everyone looks for, the mountain coldness combined with the beach iodine. The house is located in a very strategic point, from which you will be 15-30 minutes away from both Orikum beach and the South Riviera.

Hi, my name is Rexhina and I am from South of Albania. I don’t live in the property, because I study abroad but my parents, Axhika and Skender live there. They speak albanian, italian and greek. So far the communication with our guests hasn’t been an issue for them, as you may have seen yourselves in the reviews. Furthermore, I can facilitate any situation by translating through phone. They will welcome you with a shot of raki (traditional alcoholic drink that is made from grapes, is homemade by my parents). In the summer season my mum will offer you to go in our garden and harvest whatever you want to from the range of the vegetables and fruits that are there. You will have the pleasure of getting any needed assistance from the homeowners (my parents, 60-65 years old), enjoy the traditional food and drinks that they will offer, and if requested they might cook delicious food for you instead of going in the restaurants. In the neighborhood you will find everything you might need, from markets, coffee shops, a nationally known restaurant for its special meet taste. The village is small, but full of history that needs to be shared, so most of the neighborhoods are 10-15 minutes from home, there are several buses during the day if you want to use buses.
