Our house is brand new, never lived in before. All the appliances are modern and well made. It is located 60 meters from the pedestrian zone ( car free zone), and about 200m from the lake. The city , especially the lake and surrounding area are part of a UNESCO World Heritage Site that includes locations in both Albania and North Macedonia.
