A lot of our guests gave us a good impression after checking those beaches and restaurants. We can absolutely say that you need at least 7 days to enjoy the beaches and visit Butrint, Saranda,blue eye and Lekursi castle. The people in our neighborhood are very polite and helpful. Summer Dreams is located in the southern part of Albania,Ksamil. We have started hosting guests in our villa since 2005.The villa is located down a hill on the main street of the town.The nearest beach is around 8 minutes far from the villa(on foot).Sure that there are other beaches to explore during your stay in Ksamil. Except from the beaches and the lake you have the oppotunity to visit the historical part which is Butrint which is considered one of the most important archaeological sites in Albania.Butrint is located just 3km from our property. What makes our villa special is the structure and the architectural style a mix of modern,traditional and classic.The villa offers a free parking space behind the villa(secured with CCTV cameras) and a few relaxing areas in the garden.Lets not forget to mention that every apartment has a spacious private balcony offering a view from the town.The small details in the building structure makes a difference from other villas. The villa is surrounded with a lovely colourful garden.I have to mention that we have included one of the most beautiful and traditional flower in our area that is called Bougainvillea Glabra. Summer Dreams is located in a quiet neighborhood far away from the busy part of the city. Around Summer dreams there are some other villas a few further away are some bar -restaurants and supermarkets... The neighborhood is quiet and people are polite.Also the neighborhood is quite safe and you can spend time outside without any problem.We also have a large yard were you can spend your free time in the evening, make barbeque and spend some quality times with your family and friends.... We welcome all people from every corner of the world..
