Vila Baka is located in the center of Ksamil, right on the new promenade. It is 150 meters away from the beach. Within 3 minutes walk from here you can find everything, including restaurants, clubs, shops, bars, fast foods, banks, ATM, hairdressings, barbers, beauty salons, beaches, etc., This is the reason why most of our customers do not need to use their car at all once they are here. In addition the bus station to Saranda or Butrint is only 1 minute walk from here. Vila Baka is one of the few accommodation properties in Ksamil which can offer free parking space for their customers.
