This property is located in the heart of the city's most desirable area, the Blloku district, and has been meticulously renovated. Designed by an interior designer, this apartment offers an exceptional environment and is ideal for rental purposes. Its strategic corner position in the building ensures natural light throughout the day, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. What makes this property unique is that, although Blloku is known for its vibrancy and noise, the street where the apartment is situated remains tranquil. Opposite the building, there is a nursery for children and a children's playground, and adjacent to it is the City Hall Administrative Center, ensuring a peaceful and secure environment. This apartment is a choice that will not disappoint anyone!

The Blloku neighborhood is the best area in Tirana, as the residents are accustomed to tourists and newcomers, speaking English and providing valuable assistance. The Dictator's Villa, which will soon become a museum, is located in the heart of the district, surrounded by charming shops, delightful restaurants, and pleasant bars. The nightlife in this area is always impressive. An attractive feature is that, thanks to the tourists and the nightlife, this area is very safe and clean!
