Our wonderful houses are located on the outskirts of the capital Yerevan. It is very suitable for family vacations, separate from the hustle and bustle of the city but at the same time very close to the center. OUR wonderful houses were designed by high-class designers, modern and comfortable. We assure you that you will feel at home here.
My name is Vahan. I am an Accountant by profession, this business is our family business and I have been dealing with guests for several years. It is very interesting for me to communicate with people from different countries with different cultures and in this case I have combined the pleasant and profitable. I always help my guests, give advice on where to go and where to buy. The guest's opinion is always important to me and I work so that they do not leave us dissatisfied.
As I said, our house is located on the outskirts of the city. . To get here, you will need to use the Taxi service, if you do not have your own car. The nearest shopping center is 2 km away, where you can buy everything and even exchange foreign currency. And you will reach the center by car in 15-25 minutes depending on the traffic.
