MDZ RENT A ROOM is a house excellently located 1 block from the gateways of the GRAL SAN MARTIN PARK! We have 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living and patios to offer our guests. They have coffee, tea and mate at your disposal !! In the house, there is also our car rental MDZ RENT A CAR! and bicycle MDZ RENT A BIKE!

Neighbourhood information

Having the park in front is a blessing !!! And the street Aristides Villanueva 3 blocks away, with its bars, pubs and restaurants positions us in a beautiful residential neighborhood with everything you need nearby!
