Mirando al Sur is a beautiful two bedroom apartment with excellent location in the center on the second floor by wide and safe staircase with very easy access. The building where the Department is located is of solid and modern construction, safe and very quiet since most of its inhabitants and owners are family. The apartment has 55 m2 distributed in large living room, kitchen / dining room, a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with 1-1/2 double beds. It has a complete bathroom, totally independent, with bathtub and towel dryer (which works in winter with heating). The balcony is accessible, shared, overlooks Mascardi Street and has an excellent mountain view; Since all the rooms have large windows to the outside you make it a very fresh, airy and bright environment. All the appliances, TV and furniture are new, functional and made with top quality materials, with light and sober colors, but with bright colored details in chairs, cushions and bedspreads It has complete sets of crockery, glasses, glasses, utensils and kitchen utensils (for the maximum number of eligible Guests) to make your stay very enjoyable by allowing you to have breakfast, lunch or dinneras in the comfort of your home.
