Bathroom and toilet are seperate. There is also a wintergarden with a couchbed. Location: The house is located in a lovely wineyard village (Guntramsdorf) in the south of vienna in a wine and spa region. This house is perfectly located to reach vienna or the imperial city "Baden" or "Baden bei Wien" with public transportation. Grocery: There is a supermarket "Spar" just a 5 minute walking from the accommodation Parking: Due to parking fees everywhere in vienna this village is perfect suitable for all those who are arriving by car. Parking on the street here is free and there are so many free parking spots. In vienna you have to pay per hour 2,50 for parking on the street! Public Transportation: The local train station is 5 minutes walking distance away where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House(City Center). Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located.

We have two beautiful natural bathing lakes, the "Ocean" and the "Windradl" pond in 9 minutes walking distance where you can swim in summer. For hikers, the Eichkogel nature reserve with its vineyards is just opposite the village. You can buy food from the several supermarket chains in the village. Shopping fans will not be disappointed - Austria's largest shopping centre, the "Shopping City Süd (SCS)", can be reached in a short time by car or by public transport with the local train. Grocery: There is a supermarket "Spar" just a 5 minute walking from the accommodation The public transportation called "Wiener Lokalbahnen" gets you very well to Vienna and to Baden. The station is 5 minutes walk away and takes you to Vienna "Bahnhof Meidling" in 20 minutes. There you can either change to a train or metro (Line "U6"). If you want to go directly to the vienna city center just stay seated until the end of the line of the "Wiener Lokalbahnen" If you take the other direction you are in 20 minutes in the city "Baden" where you can visit the historical sights and the ancient roman thermal bath & spa. By car you can reach us via the A2 highway, exit Wr. Neudorf and via "Triester Straße" - B17. From Vienna Airport to your accommodation it takes only 55 minutes by public transportation and 30 minutes by car.
