Το Apartmenthaus Simmer βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στο Obertraun, μόλις 2 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία στη λίμνη Hallstatt. Το Hallstatt, με το παλαιότερο αλατωρυχείο του κόσμου, απέχει 5 χιλιόμετρα. Σε μικρή απόσταση με τα πόδια θα βρείτε σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό, στάση λεωφορείου και λιμάνι με απευθείας συνδέσεις.
Η τοποθεσία αρέσει ιδιαίτερα σε ζευγάρια – τη βαθμολόγησαν με 9,3 για ταξίδι δύο ατόμων.
