My name is Stephan Zöchling, and I live in the beautiful region around the Semmering-Rax-Schneeberg area. Since I was a child, I've loved spending time in the mountains—hiking, skiing in the winter, or simply enjoying nature. With my Superior Apartments, I have fulfilled a dream: to introduce guests from all over the world to the beauty of my homeland and the most beautiful regions of Austria. The fully equipped holiday apartments are perfect for couples, for up to 4 adults or for families with up to 2 children. Experience unique moments with a good glass of wine on your terrace while the sun sets over Lake Neusiedl. You can choose between our exclusive roof terrace suite and our spacious whirlpool suite with a particularly large outdoor terrace (45m²) and your own private whirlpool, which invites you to relax and our pool-view studio with a beautiful view. Roof terrace suite: approx. 45m²; Roof terrace approx. 10m² with lounge furniture and pool and lake views; Terrace suite: approx. 42m², huge terrace approx. 45m² with exclusive whirlpool, seating and view of the greenery Pool view studio: approx. 40m², balcony with beautiful views of the wellness area and the outdoor pool In the apartment complex you can use the wellness area (approx. 800m²) with an indoor pool (all year round), 2 saunas, 2 steam baths, laconium, Kneip bath (October - May) and a well-equipped fitness center free of charge. In the well-kept outdoor area you will find a large pool (May - October, heated). In addition to a bathroom and bedroom with direct access to the terrace, our holiday apartments have a large, open living-dining area (also access to the terrace) with a pull-out sofa bed. The well-equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven or microwave oven, stove, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, and much more leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook yourself. Cyclists are also welcome. There is the possibility to park bicycles in the basement (lockable).

Lake Neusiedl, the Neusiedl beach, the harbor and a number of bars, restaurants and wine taverns are just a short walk or 2 minutes by car away. There is a supermarket in the immediate vicinity of your accommodation. The Neusiedl am See/Bad train station can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. From there you can reach Vienna good and quick. So the apartment is also ideal for city travelers who like to vacation in the countryside or in a typical holiday region and who would like to use the wellness area after a strenuous day of sightseeing. The Slovakian capital Bratislava is also easy to reach on a day trip. The Designer Outlet Center Parndorf, the largest of its kind in Central Europe, is only about 7 minutes by car from the apartment. The region offers a variety of excursion options for families. (Family Park Neusiedlersee, various beaches, St. Martins Therme, various riding stables, steppe zoo Pamhagen, etc.) The international airports Vienna-Schwechat and Bratislava (Slovakia) are only 25 and 40 minutes away, respectively. We are happy to arrange airport transfers upon request.
