The modern and newly built house with 10 residential units is centrally located. You can easily reach town from the Apartment to explore wonderful places. The shipping pier and the park pool Krumpendorf is only a few steps away. The apartment is on the ground floor and has its own spacious garden area included. In the neighorbood, within easy walking distance, are restaurants, bars and Grocery stores and of course the Parkbad Krumpendorf. In just 3 minutes you can reach the ship landing stage Krumpendorf. A popular one Excursion destination, the Pyramidenkogel, can be reached by car or by boat (and shuttle) be visited. In 15 minutes you are in the center of Klagenfurt, which is also possible to reach by bus or train. The bus stop is only a few minutes away. It's 10 minutes to Minimundus of the small world at Lake Wörthersee or the planetarium.
