Our house is situated in the "Mountaineering Village Ginzling", right next to a Creek called Zemm. Apartement Mia is at the first floor and includes a terrace and a covered parking lot nearby. The well equiped kitchen offers a fascinating view to "Wildschrofen". Right next you will find a TV and a cosy living room with a comfortable Sofa which can be used as an extra double bed. The bedroom offers all necessary comforts: a box-spring bed, a walk-in wardrobe and a TV. The bathroom has a large washbasin, a bath tube, a shower, WC and a hairdryer. (bed linens and towels provided)

Within 5 minutes Walking distance you reach the bus stop (ski buses & public service buses), the ski lift, the toboggan run, the via ferrata "Nasenwand" and several footpaths and trails. Mayrhofen offers a variety of laisure facilities, shops, many restaurands and a vibrand nightlife. It is only 8 km away.
