يقع الفندق على بعد 500 فقط من مسار التزلج عبر الريف. ويبعد مسافة 500 متر فقط عن بحيرة سباحة (ساحة تزلج على الجليد في فصل الشتاء). ويبعد مسافة 900 متر عن التلفريك الذي ينقلكم إلى منطقة التزلج Wilder Kaiser-Brixental.
