The local infrastructure also leaves nothing to be desired – restaurants and a supermarket are within easy walking distance. For families, our large garden is a real highlight: it offers plenty of space for children to play, run around and explore. Whether in winter or summer – our holiday home is the ideal starting point for all kinds of activities and invites you to relax and feel at home. Enjoy your family holiday in Flachau in a warm, well-kept and nature-oriented atmosphere.

Everything You Need – Right on Your Doorstep Our accommodation is located in an exceptionally convenient area, surrounded by numerous leisure and service facilities. A supermarket, restaurants, bars, a sports field, a playground, as well as a summer and winter toboggan run are all just a short walk away. The popular Enns Cycle Path passes directly by our house and invites you to enjoy relaxed bike tours. In winter, you can reach the ski lifts easily on foot across the fields when there is sufficient snow. Alternatively, the ski bus, which stops only 50 meters from our house, takes you quickly and comfortably to the ski area. For wellness lovers, the nearby village offers the Therme Amadé – a modern swimming complex with a spacious sauna area, perfect for unwinding after an active day.
