This super cozy 1 bedroom apartment is in a brand new building. Its French windows represent an elegant transition from interior to exterior, allowing light through and creating space. Top location, within a walking distance to VIC/UNO City, Donau Center, Danube River and the most tourist attractions, beach and public transport. 1 bedroom, living room, a terrace, kitchen and bathroom. Bedroom 1 queen size bed 180 x 200 with new comfortable 2 side mattresses (harder and softer side), compact wardrobe, night light etc. Living room: very comfortable sofa, wireless internet access, smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Explorer etc. Kitchen: fully equipped kitchen with cooker, glass-ceramic-electric stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator with spacious freezer, plates, pots, pans, cups, glasses, bowls etc. All appliances are new. 
We will also provide you with the basics cooking ingredients like sugar, basic seasonings etc. coffee (Nespresso machine). 
Bathroom: toilet, shower, sink, mirror, shelves, toilet paper, hand soap, shower gel, and hairdryer.
You may call me any time you need an information, or an assistance.
Parking space is available on the street for free. The apartment is located very close to UNO-City/VIC, Donau Zenter, Messe-Wien, Danube River etc. Bus/Metro/Tram station is 3 minutes away. Metro station “Kagran” is the nearest station. U1 will take you to the city center just in 6-7 min. 
Museums, cinema, shopping centers, grocery stores and restaurants (Donau Zenter) are just a few minutes walking distance from the Apartment, 300m away is the beach of Danube, where you can swim, drive a boat or just relax on the beach.
 Schwechat airport is about 20 minutes drive.
