Our apartment is a renovated 28 m2 studio flat on the ground floor with its own private garden and free off-street parking. Direct public transport links to the city centre (18 minutes) are 7 minutes walk away. The flat accommodates a maximum of 4 people and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday or a business stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen,separate WC and bathroom,wash machine, free WIFI and Smart TV with Netflix. The area is very quiet, green and safe.
The space
LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT
• Small entrance hall with built-in wardrobe with access to the separate toilet/WC.
• Separate WC with hand washing basin
• Separate bathroom, walk-in shower and washing machine
• Living area with 2 foldable sofa beds and fully equipped open plan kitchen
• Own private garden (approximately 35 m2) with green space and terrace, equipped with outdoor table
and chairs. Barbeques are possible when the weather permits.
COOLING
• Because of the large tree in the garden, which becomes very leafy and creates a shadow in summer, it is never hot in the apartment (natural air conditioning).
The location is very quiet. In the surrounding area you will find:
- Supermarket “Billa” and “SPAR Gourmet” - 7 minutes walk
- Apotheke, Bäckerei - 6 minutes walk
- Open air public swimming pool (May-Sep) – 1.4 km
- Two great parks (Türkenschanz Park and Pötzleinsdorfer Schlosspark) are 10 minutes walk away
Getting around
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
You can leave your car near the house (own private off-street parking) and easily reach the centre of Vienna (Schottentor) by public transport.
A direct tram (no changes necessary) will bring you to the center of Vienna (Schottentor) in 18 minutes (12 stops). The tram 41 stop ( Scheibenbergstraße) is 7 minutes (550 meters) walk away from the apartment.
Tram 40 (which will also bring you to Schottentor in 19 minutes) is 750m (9 minutes) away.
IMPORTANT: Please note that the walk from the apartment is downhill and walk back is uphill.
Gersthof station of S45 Schnellbahn/over ground train stop is 3 tram stops away from the apartment. Over ground train offers you access to the airport and other landmarks in Vienna.
