🌿 Important Information Before Booking 🌿 The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before each arrival, though please note it is not a newly built or freshly renovated property. This cozy 35 m² ground-floor flat is designed to accommodate up to three guests. In the bedroom, you’ll find a double bed (140 × 200 cm) along with a sofa bed, offering sleeping space for two to three people. The room also includes a wardrobe for your belongings, a TV with Netflix access, and a small table with a chair that works well as a desk. The kitchen is equipped with essential appliances, cookware, and utensils so you can prepare meals with ease. Please be aware that we don’t provide cooking staples such as oil, salt, or spices. A dining table with three chairs is available and can double as a work area if needed. For your convenience, the apartment also comes with a washing machine for laundry. The bathroom is private and includes a shower and toilet, which are located in separate sections for added comfort.

Only about 20 minutes from Vienna’s center, this apartment is well connected by public transport, making it simple to discover the city’s highlights. Belvedere Palace can be reached in roughly 25 minutes, the Prater in 30 minutes, Karlskirche in about 24 minutes, Rathausplatz in 35 minutes, and the Danube River in just 20 minutes.
