Das Apartment befindet sich in einer ruhigen Gegend in einem Mehrparteienhaus in Oberhofen am Irrsee. Der Grill und die Liegen laden zu gemütlichen Tagen im eingezäunten Garten ein. Ums Eck befinden sich diverse Gasthäuser und ein Supermarkt und mit einer 5-Minütigen Autofahrt ist das Strandbad am Irrsee leicht zu erreichen.
Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm ruhig. Falls man mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel anreist, wäre die Unterkunft optimal, denn die Zugstation sowie die Bushaltestelle sind gerade mal 2 Gehminuten vom Apartment entfernt.
