Here you can enjoy a sunny and peaceful location, surrounded by mountains, forests and meadows. From the house you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountain peaks and you can step straight into nature. Just a few minutes' drive from the famous spa resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim, Haus Zedlacher is the perfect place for those seeking nature, tranquillity and adventure. Whether you want to hike, cycle, ski or simply relax, here you will find the balance and relaxation that is often missing in everyday life. 🏡 Zedlacher Apartment; Suitable for 5 people – Spacious and comfortable – Ideal for families. This apartment offers plenty of space and comfort for families or small groups. You have several sleeping options, a cosy dining and sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. The warm, homely décor creates a relaxed atmosphere. Extra convenience: your own washing machine. Enjoy the panoramic view of the mountains from the wraparound balcony and unwind after an active day. 🏡 Moschelitzen Apartment; Suitable for 4 people – 2 bedrooms – 2 bathrooms – Comfort and privacy. Moschelitzen is ideal for two couples or a family. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, each with its own bathroom for extra privacy and comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher. Both bedrooms have their own balcony with beautiful mountain views. 🏡 Kaiserburg Apartment; Studio for 1 person – Cosy and functional – Perfect for solo travellers. This practical studio is specially designed for the individual traveller. You will find everything you need: a comfortable bed, a kitchenette, a private bathroom and a balcony. The studio is compact but complete, and an extra bed can be added if desired. Ideal for those who want to hike, ski or simply relax in the mountains.

Whether you enjoy active holidays or prefer to relax, you will find plenty of opportunities here: • Explore countless hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the Nockberge National Park, Bad Kleinkirchheim or directly from the village. Nature is literally at your feet. • Within a 5 to 15-minute drive, you can reach popular skiing and hiking areas such as Turracher Höhe, Heidi Alm Falkert See and Bad Kleinkirchheim. Here you will find more than 100 km of slopes and plenty of winter fun. • After an active day in the mountains, relax in the famous thermal baths of Römerbad or St. Kathrein. • The 18-hole golf course in Bad Kleinkirchheim is just a stone's throw away from Haus Zedlacher. • In summer, enjoy swimming or stand-up paddleboarding in nearby Millstätter See, one of the warmest lakes in Austria. • Visit local markets, mountain huts and traditional festivals and experience the warm, welcoming atmosphere of Carinthia.
