The holiday apartment is located on a hillside, in a quiet area without through traffic. Direct access to summer and winter hiking trails is right outside the door, with many hiking options towards Tafamunt and Wiegensee, and the center can also be reached in about 15 minutes on the well-developed forest path. The holiday apartment is located on the lower floor of the house, and with a separate entrance and fenced garden, your privacy is guaranteed. The available terrace with seating offers you the ideal place to enjoy the picturesque view over the valley. Despite the location on the edge of town, many activities and excursion destinations (ski areas, ski runs, high alpine road, Europatreppe, climbing garden, via ferratas, ...) can be reached in less than 2 minutes by car. If you prefer to leave your car, you can walk downhill to the bus stop, which is about 300 meters away. The parking space for my guests is located right next to the house. In winter, due to the hillside location, all-wheel drive or snow chains are recommended despite the good work of our snow removal services.
