Welcome to our home! Since 1987, we have been welcoming guests to our lovingly renovated family home. Our three holiday apartments combine coziness with modern amenities and are centrally located in the village – just a 5-minute walk from the Millennium Express. In winter, guests especially appreciate the proximity to the cable car and the ski storage room with boot dryer. In summer, the Premium Card offers numerous free or discounted services, such as lift rides or free entry to swimming pools. Our Holiday Apartments Our three apartments can accommodate up to 10 people in total – ideal for couples, friends, or families who want to enjoy their holiday together while still having plenty of space. Gänseblümchen – two separate bedrooms; perfect for couples or friends who value privacy. Margarite – two floors with a cozy sleeping gallery (2 single beds), small balcony, spacious living area with dining corner, one double bedroom, and separate bathroom and WC. Perfect for families – especially popular with children aged 6 and older. Sonnenblume – three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom), two separate bathrooms with large showers and WC (renovated summer 2025), spacious living and dining area, and a covered terrace with stunning views of the ski area. I am now retired and always curious to discover new things. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks directly from our doorstep – whether into the forest, to the nearby mountain chapel, along the Gail River, or up to the alpine meadows. I also love exploring the area on my e-bike. I particularly enjoy working in the garden and relaxing afterward in the deckchair, simply admiring the flowers. Spending time with my spontaneous and cheerful grandchildren makes my days even brighter. On rainy days, I enjoy reading, writing, or doing handicrafts. In winter, you can usually find me on the slopes once or twice a week – but only when the sun is shining. Guests are always welcome to ask me or my family for tips on hiking trails or excursions in the surrounding area.

Our house is idyllically located in Tröpolach, just a 5-minute walk from the Millennium Express, which takes you directly to the Nassfeld ski and hiking area. The region is a paradise for hikers, nature lovers, and families. Children can enjoy unforgettable adventures on alpine meadows, playgrounds, and in the surrounding nature. In summer, the +card holiday offers numerous free services, including mountain lifts, swimming pools, children’s programs, and public transport, as well as attractive discounts, for example to the Italian Lussari Mountain. This makes exploring the area and planning excursions completely stress-free. In winter, Nassfeld offers 110 km of ski slopes, cross-country trails, and ice skating at the Weißensee, just 25 km away. Grocery stores, restaurants, a petrol station, banks, and public transport are all within easy walking distance, ensuring a completely relaxed holiday experience.
