On behalf of Chatel Reizen, we warmly welcome you to Haus Arnold! Chatel Reizen is a Dutch travel provider, specializing for over 30 years in the catered chalet concept, where you are looked after by our Dutch-speaking chalet staff, who also speak English and German. The foundation of our various destinations is a large, charming chalet, situated directly on or within walking distance of the slopes in a large and snow-sure ski area. Each chalet features a cozy communal area: the Stube. This is the central gathering point for our guests. In the morning, a delicious breakfast awaits you, after skiing there is tea, and of course, a warm glass of Glühwein is also an option. In the evening, after dinner, the Stube becomes the meeting point for a chat or a game over, say, a cup of coffee! In the chalets, one or two carefully selected Dutch chalet hosts are present. In addition to seamlessly managing the chalet's housekeeping and providing a comprehensive breakfast, afternoon tea, and coffee after dinner, they also serve as your host(ess) and point of contact.

Haus Arnold can accommodate up to 29 guests. There are two booking options for the chalet: you can either book the entire chalet or rent one or more individual rooms that are part of the chalet. Please note that the entire chalet and the individual rooms cannot be booked simultaneously to prevent double bookings. If one or more rooms in the chalet are booked, the remaining rooms will be available for rental to other guests. Additionally, once any room has been booked, it is no longer possible to reserve the entire chalet. The maximum occupancy for Haus Arnold is 29 guests. Please ensure that your booking stays within this limit. The chalet features 12 guest rooms, including several spacious triple rooms and a family room for five. All rooms have a private shower/WC and sometimes a balcony. On the side of the house, there is an L-shaped Stube, where breakfast is served in the morning, and where you can relax and chat after a day on the slopes with a drink. Meals: Your stay includes a generous breakfast buffet. You will find coffee/tea, milk, fruit juice, cheese, cold cuts, jam, chocolate spread, yogurt, muesli, granola, cornflakes, bread rolls, eggs, etc. Your stay begins with breakfast the day after arrival and ends with breakfast on the day of departure. Please note that you cannot cook in the chalet yourself, as there is no guest kitchen available. Linen: Upon arrival at the chalet, your beds will be made, and towels will be provided (2 per person). For stays of 5 nights or longer, towels will be changed mid-week.

Haus Arnold is located in the center of Sölden, a 5-minute walk from the Gaislachkogelbahn (or 1 stop with the ski bus, which leaves right in front of the house) and a 2-minute walk from the shuttle lift in the center. The Ötztal Arena is the only ski area in Austria to have three mountain peaks that reach above 3000 meters: the 'BIG 3'. A challenging route has been set out for the advanced skier, the 'BIG 3 Rally', a 50 kilometer long tour. For both cross-country skiers and hikers In addition to the trails and hiking trails of Sölden itself, the Ötztal offers a variety of possibilities in the truly beautiful nature of this valley. Huben/Längenfeld, located just before Sölden, is the center of dozens of kilometers of prepared hiking trails and cross-country ski trails. The village of Sölden is a real winter sports center with all the associated facilities in the field of après-ski, going out, shopping and sports. You will find, among other things, a natural ice rink and a super extensive 'Freizeitzenrum' including a swimming pool, tennis court, sauna and fitness facilities, etc.
