Our house is located centrally, quietly, and sunny in Itter, surrounded by the impressive nature of the Kitzbühel Alps. Families and all other guests are warmly welcomed! Cozy apartment for 2 to 6 people (75 m²): A fully equipped kitchen-living room with a dishwasher and TV for relaxing evenings. Three separate bedrooms with shower/WC, satellite TV, and balcony. Free Wi-Fi and parking directly at the house. Location & Surroundings: Year-round - diverse recreational opportunities in the Hohe Salve holiday region - Kitzbühel Alps - Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser. Summer: Mountain experiences: Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - e.g., Hexenwasser in Söll or Ellmi's Magic World in Ellmau offer adventures for the whole family. Hiking & biking tours - many tours available to choose from Golf: The golf courses of the Kitzbühel Alps are reachable within a few minutes by car. Relaxation: The public outdoor swimming pool is just a 5-minute walk from us, and our large garden invites you to relax.
