Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine. Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot. The homeowner lives in the same house where the holiday home is located. The flat is located on the first floor of Haus Flavon, a traditional Tyrolean country house in one of the most exclusive residential areas of Kitzbühel and with a magnificent view of the Wilder Kaiser, the Hahnenkamm and the town of Kitzbühel. Upon entering the house, you are greeted by an exposed roof truss with rustic old wood and tasteful furnishings with alpine chic. The accommodation is located directly at the foot of the Kitzbüheler Horn. A leisurely walk with views of the Kitzbühel mountains takes you directly to the valley station of the Hornbahn cable car. The Hahnenkamm gondola station is also just 3.0 km from the accommodation. For skiing fans, the location is simply fantastic.
