The LakeSide apartment building was completed in 2018 after an 8-month conversion from a hotel to an apartment building. Arrive, check in, feel good that is our motto for our guests. Fully equipped, modern apartments await you. In a truly, dreamlike location between lake, mountains and golf course you will find our beautiful LakeSide apartment house with 17 apartments for 2 - 8 people. You arrive after 4 p.m., no problem - we can easily deposit your key cars in a safe in front of the main entrance so that you can come to your apartment at any time. If you have a special request, please let us know whether you are on your honeymoon, celebrate a birthday or have any other wishes in order to prepare the apartment for the right occasion. Should you want to go on a riding holiday with your children. We cooperate with a riding stable nearby and can organize everything for you in advance. In our house there is also a sauna and an infrared cabin that you can use for free after a hard hike. We look forward to you

Our LakeSide apartment house with 17 exclusively furnished apartments is located in a truly breathtaking location between the lake and the golf course. Our cozy apartments are spread over 3 floors. However, the elevator in the house offers the possibility to reach every apartment at any time without any problems. In winter you have the opportunity to use the ski room. The whole thing is rounded off by a small wellness room - equipped with an infrared cabin, sauna and loungers, shower, toilets, sink and fresh fruit - (seasonal) Leave your car in our free parking spaces around the apartment house and enjoy the walk in the heart of Seefeld. In only 5 - 7 minutes you are in the middle of the center, where you will find many shops, restaurants and much more. There is a supermarket right next to our apartment house, where you can buy all your self-catering groceries. There is also a gas station for your car's needs. We have 2 electric filling stations ourselves, which are located directly in our apartment building at the back.
