The Lansersee Chalet is an exclusive residence aside a privatly owned lake immersed in the nature of the Austrian Alps . The awardwinning building is a Japanese-inspired home built within a 250-year-old Tyrolean barn with stunning lake and mountain views. We offer you an environment that inspires - may that be to live, retreat or host guests. The Chalet is nestled in a 13.5 hectare estate surrounding the Lansersee - an alpine lake known to be Innsbruck´s Riviera. It incorporates two lakes (Lansersee, Seerosenweiher) an active farm, a public bath, two restaurants and an event space. The Lansersee is where locals meet all year round. In summer, it is Innsbruck’s classy beach. The Koi Bar is our restaurant serving a Japanese-inspired menu focussing on the robata grill and produce from our farm. The Art Loft is a 300m2 loft space overlooking the lake filled with museum quality art. Here we host events for international companies like Swarovski, Patagonia, Embraer, Salewa... and high class functions. The estate is situated inbetween the villages of Igls and Lans, which are both 15 minutes away by foot. The internationally famous spa hotel Lanserhof is in walking distance. You are located 5 minutes by car away from the nearest ski area: Patscherkofel. Innsbruck´s city center is a 15-minute drive. Munich, Salzburg and Bolzano are all under two hours away by car and make for great day trips.
