The appr. 40 sqm apartment is located on the mezzanine floor with lift of a 2024/25 brand-new refurbished typical ‚Gründerzeit’ building in the Leonhardstrasse 78. It consists of: - a living room with sofa bed, table and seats as well as an integrated kitchen with oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine and tableware - a bedroom with comfortable king size bed (1,80 cm) a bathroom with shower and toilette - good internet connection - smart TV and cable TV
