The appr. 40 sqm apartment is located in the first floor with lift of a 2024/25 brand-new refurbished typical ‚Gründerzeit’ building in the Leonhardstrasse 78. It consists of: - a living room with sofa bed, table and seats as well as an integrated kitchen with oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine and tableware - a bedroom with comfortable queen size bed (1,60 cm) a bathroom with shower and toilette - good internet connection - smart TV and cable TV

The apartment is just 10 min walking distance or 13 min by public transportation from Graz’s city center at the Joanneumring away and with public transport only 16 minutes away from the Grazer Uhrturm. SIGHTSEEING NEARBY: The impressive Kunsthaus as well as the Muhr-Insel are only 15 minutes away from the aparthotel as well as only 5 minutes to the Grazer Opera.
