Our accommodation stands out due to its central yet quiet location – you are just a few minutes away from all major attractions, without having the hustle and bustle right outside the door. This way, our guests can easily explore the city during the day and relax in a peaceful atmosphere in the evening. The apartment is lovingly furnished and offers a cozy ambiance that invites you to feel at home.
I place great importance on a warm and personal welcome, where I answer all questions and provide helpful tips about the surrounding area. My family and I live in the neighboring apartments ourselves, so we are always quickly reachable and personally committed to giving our guests an unforgettable welcome and stay. Additionally, I am available at any time for any concerns and strive to make the stay as pleasant as possible—just like staying with friends.
The apartment is located in the charming Weiherviertel district of Bregenz, one of the city’s most popular and quiet neighborhoods. Despite its central location, you can enjoy a relaxed atmosphere away from the street noise. The Weiherviertel is known for its green parks. Within just a few minutes, you can reach the lakeside promenade at Lake Constance, the harbor, as well as the city center with its diverse restaurants, shopping options, and cultural highlights like the Bregenz Festival Hall. Nature lovers will find numerous walking and cycling paths nearby along the lake or in the surrounding hills and forests. Public transportation is also easily accessible, allowing you to explore Bregenz and the entire region with ease.
