The chalet is located in Unterleutasch and has 2 floors with 130m2 of fully equipped living space, a garden, and a spacious terrace. The chalets were newly built in 2021. On the ground floor, there is a living kitchen, a bathroom, and 2 bedrooms. Upstairs, there is, among other things, a large living room with a gabled roof, stone wall, and a modern kitchen. From there, you can access the generous balcony terrace with breathtaking views. The focal point of the living and dining area is a small cozy fireplace with a bench. 2 travel cribs are available in the storage room of the chalet. Additionally, there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom on the upper floor. Under the carport, 3 parking spaces are available. In the carport, you have the option to charge your electric car.
