The apartment is located directly on Lendplatz, the trendy meeting place in Graz. A delightful farmers market is held here Monday to Saturday, where you can buy local specialities. There is a wide range of places to eat in the Lend district. There are already many options on the Lendplatz itself, but there are also restaurants, bars and cafés around the square in all directions. The green areas in the Volksgarten, 1 minute walk, invite you to have a picnic. The famous Kunsthaus – also called Friendly Alien – can be admired on Lendkai. The Murinsel by the New York designer Vito Acconci separates the two sides of the river and is also part of the Lend district.
